Make & Take Art Workshop
by Jeanne Chase

Make & take is a simple technique of stamping, using food coloring instead of paint. In about 20 minutes time you will create a 5x7 botanical work of art using stamps of leaves and flowers that will mat and frame easily into an 8x10 frame. Examples are shown above and to the left.
This workshop will be offered continually throughout the day. Cost $2 to $5.

Carved Hypertufa

Carving Hypertufa Workshop

2:00 PM, Cost $35, Pre-registration required.
Create a unique stepping stone or decorative accent for you garden or pathway. We will start with a freshly cast 14" hypertufa slab (lightweight cement) and carve 3/4" deep with tools (provided by instructor). Make your own bas-relief art piece. You can carve your house numbers, silhouetted images of a favorite pet, leaves, garden creatures ..... whatever you can dream, you can create. Your art can have a "weathered look" and can be used indoors or out.
Class size is limited, call early to reserve your spot.
